Delivery of Each Guide

All of our guides are designed to your requirements. We will provide imagery and design layout of the site, in keeping with your style and brand.

Introduction

The main aim of the guide is to help employees being relocated
to get to know the area they are being asked to relocate to and establish where they might like to live.

If you are a Relocation company

The areas contained within the guide might be areas that you already work in – or you can use this guide to expand your knowledge and coverage of the UK to increase your client base and revenue streams.

If you are a Client

Increase your understanding of the areas that you are asking your employees to relocate to making them and their families feel more at ease with their impending move.

Relocation Section

A bespoke section of the guide which can be tailored in any way to transmit your clients or your mission statement to the relocating employees, whilst centralising essential information such as:

You can also use this section to provide a background to your relocation company, such as what you have achieved, how you can help or key contacts. The information is entirely up to you.

Transport Section

Within the confines of this section of the site we provide a general overview and graphic depiction to the drivetimes to the office in question, rail commute mapping and commute times. We also provide an innovative tool which allows employees to enter a postcode of a property that they are interested in
purchasing and advises them of the approximate commute to the office and whether it meets the relocation criteria.

Transport - Public Transport

When we construct the public transportation section of our sites we utilise a singular principal source of information in that of the National Rail website, which provides information with regard to journey times for rail commuting exclusively.

We also provide banded journey times which depict a wide number of locations that are within preset rail commute times of the new office location.

0 to 30 minute rail commute
30 to 60 minute rail commute

We only quote the time for average rail commutes from station to station but advise the employees of this fact, detailing that they must factor in the time to reach the departure station and the time from the destination station to the site when calculating their total commute times.

Within this section we will also provide direct links and information write ups for local service suppliers such as rail companies, local airports and a variety of further public transport related links.

Transport - Drivetime Mapping

We know that one of the first steps in deciding on where to move/relocate to can be to work out how long you are willing to travel to your new office location. Most people, when moving tend to define where they would like to live based on this criteria.

We do the leg work for the employees, in that here we supply both a graphical interactive drivetime map so that they may peruse the locations available within the relocation area. Whilst also detailing a list of towns that are within a preset minute journey time of the site location.

Transport - Personalised Drivetime

An innovative tool which allows you and the employees establish whether prospective properties for purchasing meet the relocation criteria.

Providing the employees with immediate answers and removing the burden of hundreds of postcode checks by HR or the Relocation suppliers alike.

Education Section

We understand that in the course of relocation one of the most emotive
issues for employees is maintaining the quality of education of their children.

Our guides can be tailored to offer the services you wish to provide the employees through this stressful period.

We provide details for state and independent schooling for pre-school, primary, secondary and further education facilities within the designated areas whilst also detailing links to the schools own websites and their academic achievements.

Our geographically correct mapping helps give the employees a real feel for the new location and the areas available for them to relocate to.
